At Nexgrill, we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your grill or accessory and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
